On Project Runway last night, arrogant designer Santino Rice again escaped being out in a challenge to design a figure skating outfit for U.S. Olympian Sasha Cohen. Right now though, Baltimore is rooting for Belair gal Kimmie Meissner because she is going to Torino in the Women's Figure Skating competition.
